SHOULDER STAND - SARVANGASANA

The shoulder stand (Sarvangasana) is a powerful yoga inversion that offers numerous physical and mental health benefits: 

 1. Improves Circulation & Lymphatic Drainage

• Since the body is inverted, blood flow to the upper body and brain increases, promoting oxygenation.

• Encourages lymphatic drainage, which helps remove toxins and boosts the immune system.

Precautions
